It is believed that a monk can only become a saint after years of hard training and hard work. The so-called transcendence of the three realms of the world is not that the body rises from the mortal world, but that it is in the world and wandering in the sky; The shape is born in the dust, and the heart is clear outside the object. Therefore, "if you forget your own thoughts and concerns, you will surpass the realm of desire, and if you forget all the realms, you will surpass * * *, and if you don't see it for nothing, you will surpass * * *." Starting from the three realms, the truth of the heart can live in a fairyland. This is an important revision of the early Taoist theory of immortality by the absorption of Zen thought by Quanzhen Taoism.

1. Anyone who lives in buddhist nun and becomes a monk must first enter buddhist nun. Buddhist nun, who gave up, gave everything. Rely on your body, your heart will gradually get peace, your spirit will be at peace, and you will enter the truth! Where there is action, don't overwork, overwork will damage the gas; Immobilization leads to stagnation of qi and blood. You need to move in and out, and then you can keep your peace and quiet. This is the way of life in a monastery.

Secondly, there are two ways to travel in the cloud: one is to see Ming Xiu, the lush flowers and trees, or the prosperity of the state capital, or the pavilions of temples, or to find friends for food and clothing. Such a person, though traveling on Wan Li Road, is laborious and has a panoramic view of the world, which is an empty cloud tour. Both of them are pursuing their own lives and mysteries, climbing lofty mountains, visiting masters, crossing noisy waters and asking insatiable questions. In a word, there will be a light inside, and life and death will be very different, becoming a real husband. Such people are really traveling!

Third: the way to learn books is not to confuse the eyes, but to take the heart. Give up books to explore ideas, adopt rationality, give up rationality and adopt interest, and you can let it enter your heart. If you are sincere for a long time, the heart of nature will be full of light, and wisdom and spirit will be full of enthusiasm, omniscient and incomprehensible. You can adopt when you come, but you can't gallop, for fear of losing your life. If the original intention of the book is not bad, I just want to remember more and read more, and talk in front of people, which is not conducive to practice and hurts the spirit. Although you read many books, what good is Tao? The meaning of a book can be hidden deep.

Fourthly, the combination of medicine and medicine is the delicacy of mountains and rivers and the essence of vegetation. A warm and cold can replenish deficiency and drain water; A thick one and a thin one. Willing to respect scholars, the life of the living; If you die blindly (the same as "medical treatment"), it will damage people's health. Those who learn the Tao will not understand; You can't help if you don't understand. If you can't persevere, it is not conducive to your yin gong, greedy for money and goods abroad, and spend money to fix the truth at home. If you don't win in this life, don't pay attention to the reports in the afterlife.

Fifthly, it is against the sun and the moon to build a thatched cottage in Maoan. Carving a beam is not the work of a staff sergeant; Gao Tang and Da Tang are the works of Taoist priests. Cutting down trees and destroying body fluids in veins; Using other people's blood. There are only external skills, but no experts, such as painting cakes to satisfy hunger, exchanging snow for food, and doing our best until there is nothing. People with lofty ideals should find a treasure hall in the body and a bamboo building outside the body, and then watch the collapse after the repair. A wise gentleman is cautious.

Sixth: As for being a Taoist and being a Taoist, we should care for each other, live and die. However, you should choose your partner first, not your partner first. Don't fall in love, falling in love is the heart; If you want to love, you have to leave if you don't love. Love or not, you can get the right path! There are three combinations and three differences: pure heart, wisdom and ambition, and these three combinations are also. Ignorance of the outside world, ignorance and lack of ambition are all incompatible. The foundation of a person's life lies in the jungle, all by his own will. It is not suitable for human feelings, and it is not desirable for your appearance. Only those who choose to be smart are also in Buddhism.

Seventh: Regarding meditation, anyone who meditates, with his eyes closed, is pretending to sit. Those who really sit will sit and lie down at twelve o'clock, and all the movements are in the middle, such as Mount Tai. Without moving or shaking, they cut off all four doors, eyes, ears, nose and mouth, and didn't let the place in, but they didn't miss anything, just sat quietly. The person who can do this, although on earth, has been listed in the immortal position, and does not need to go far to consult others, so he is a saint in his body. After a hundred years of hard work, you can get the truth out of the shell, and a pill can swim eight tables.

Eighth: On the road to peace of mind, if you are always in Zhan Ran, your mind will be motionless, weak and silent, you will not see everything, and you will not be able to calm down. If the mind is born with a boundary, it will turn upside down and find the beginning and the end. This name is also messy and should be cut off as soon as possible. If you can't put it upright, it will corrupt morality and lose your life. Live, sit, lie down, often hear, often feel, no patients (the original "Tao Cang" is "Wei", according to the context, it should be changed to "None")!

Ninth: on exquisite rationality, such as tuning the piano, if the string is tight, it will break, if it is slow, it should not be. If it is tight, the piano can be tuned! For example, casting swords, multi-folded steel, multi-rolled tin, steel and tin in the middle, you can cast swords (the original Taoist scriptures did not have the word "casting", so it should be added according to the context); People who practice these two methods will be wonderful if they practice them.

Tenth: On the combination of five qi and five qi to gather in the palace, three yuan to save the top, Qinglong to spray red mist, white tiger to spit black smoke. Divine column, pulse, cinnabar swaying, lead and mercury condensed, sent to the world. God has swam in the sky.

Eleventh: those who mix their lives with nature are also gods, and those who live are also angry. If sex meets fate, it is like a bird getting wind. It is easy to move and realize. "Yin Fu Jing" says, "Controlling birds in qi", which is true. Those who fix the truth must not participate in it, and must not leak into the corporal, lest the gods fall into blame. Life is the foundation of practice, so exercise hard!

Twelfth: On the way from the Holy Road to the Holy Road, you must work hard for many years, accumulate virtue and be wise and talented before you can enter the Holy Road. Living in one room, naturally, it is all dry Kun, and the whole world is a saint, silently protecting, infinite fairy king, invisible circle. The famous purple mansion ranks among the immortals, which is shaped in the dust and has a clear mind beyond things!

Thirteen: On desire, * * and no * * *, which is also the transcendence of the three realms. The heart forgets to think about it, that is, it has no desire and no desire; The heart forgets the surroundings, which is super * * *; Non-empty, that is, super-empty; From these three realms, god lives in the land of immortals, and sex is in the land of jade Qing!

Fourteenth: On fitness methods, the body is invisible. No space, no back, no front, no height, no short, no long. You will find everything when you use it, and you will be unconscious when you hide it. If you get it this way, you can keep it; If you raise more, you will get more jobs; if you raise less, you will get less jobs. Don't want to return, don't love the world, live in nature!

Fifteenth: On people who leave the mortal world, they are not physically separated, but also speak with their hearts. The body is like a lotus root, the heart is like a lotus flower, rooted in the mud and spent in the void! The enlightenment is in the mortal world, and the heart is in the holy land! Nowadays, people who want to never die and leave this world are stupid and unreasonable! Those who talk about the Tenth Five-Year Plan and those with lofty ideals in the police can learn more about it.
