Is Hohhot a member of Umm Alliance?

Hohhot refers to Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and is not a member of UMNO. Hohhot, located in the middle of Inner Mongolia, has a long history and is one of the few ancient capitals in northern China. The city is a multi-ethnic area with rich human history and unique folk culture, and it is one of the cradles of Mongolian culture. At present, Hohhot has become one of the political, cultural and economic centers of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
