Within three years after retirement, the total score of graduate students in the initial examination increased by 10, and those who obtained second-class merit or above were recommended to study as graduate students without examination; Those with higher vocational (junior college) education will be admitted to adult undergraduate courses without examination after retirement or to ordinary undergraduate courses after a certain examination.

According to the "Interim Provisions on Collecting Fresh Graduates from Schools of All Levels" (Zheng Guo [2009] 1 3), fresh college graduates and graduating class students who graduated the following year can apply for employment registration cards from colleges and universities again with reference to fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities within1year after retiring from active service.

3. Provide free vocational skills training. Inner Mongolia Radio and TV University has specially implemented the "Open Education into Military Camp Plan" for enlisted soldiers in our region, which combines enlistment with entrance education, handles entrance formalities for enlisted soldiers and implements free education.

4. The retirement fee for conscripts is 9000 yuan (4500 yuan/year), and the settling-in fee for conscripts is 10000 yuan/year.
