Where were Sun Tzu's Art of War and Sun Bin's Art of War unearthed?

Sun Tzu's Art of War and Sun Bin's Art of War were unearthed in Zhangzishan, Linyi County, Shandong Province.

Archaeological findings:

1972 In April, two tombs of the early Western Han Dynasty were discovered in Zhangzishan, Linyi County, Shandong Province. After clearing up by cultural relics and archaeologists, more than 4,900 bamboo slips (including incomplete ones) such as Sun Tzu's Art of War and Sun Bin's Art of War, which have been lost for more than 0/000 years, have been unearthed.

The excavation of these bamboo slips provides important information for the study of ancient military thoughts in the pre-Qin period, and is also of great value to the evolution of ancient philology, official script and calligraphy. There are 4,942 bamboo slips unearthed from the coffin of Tomb No.1, most of which are military books, including Sun Tzu's Art of War and Sun Bin's Art of War.

According to Sima Qian's The Art of War, Biography of Wu Qi, Sun Bin. Qi (now Shandong Province) is a descendant of Sun Wu. Both Sun Wu and Sun Bin have their own art of war handed down from generation to generation. Sun Wu, the author of Sun Tzu's Art of War, was a guest of the King of Wu in the late Spring and Autumn Period. Sun Bin was a strategist in Qi Weiwang in the middle of the Warring States Period.

He was born and died in about 380 BC to 320 BC. The works of pre-Qin thinkers often take surnames as titles.

In order to distinguish Sun Wu's works from Sun Bin's, Ban Gu (AD 32-92) called Sun Wu's The Art of War and Sun Bin's The Art of War together in Hanshu.

Sun Tzu's Art of War has been spread to this day, while Sun Tzu's Art of War was lost in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Since the Song Dynasty, some people think that Sun Tzu's Art of War is not the work of Sun Wu. Some people even wonder if Sun Wu is a real person;

Many people believe that the existing art of war originated from Sun Wu and was completed in Sun Bin. It is a summary of the long-term war experience from the end of the Spring and Autumn Period to the middle of the Warring States Period, not the work of one person. The picture shows the bamboo slips mixed with sand when unearthed. Due to the loss of Sun Bin's The Art of War, the above mystery can't be solved for a long time.

1972 Sun Tzu's Art of War and Sun Bin's Art of War were unearthed at the same time, which solved this long-debated problem.
