What are the records of farming in the Han and Tang Dynasties in ancient books?

The plough in the Han dynasty has been basically finalized, but the plough in the Han dynasty is a long straight-axis plough, which is not flexible enough to turn when plowing, and it is laborious and inefficient.

In Qi Shu of the Northern Wei Dynasty, there are two kinds of plows, namely, the long curved plow and the Wei plow. However, due to the unknown records, it can only be inferred as a short plow. It was not until the long crankshaft plow appeared in the Tang Dynasty that the disadvantages of the Han plow were overcome.

Qu Yuan Plough in Tang Dynasty was also called Jiangdong Plough. It first appeared in Dongjiang area in the late Tang Dynasty, and its appearance is a sign of the maturity of farming tools in China.

Lu Guimeng, a famous writer in the late Tang Dynasty, recorded in Jing Lei that Qu Yuan Fu consists of eleven parts. Namely share, plow wall, plow bottom, pressing, measuring, plow arrow, plow shaft, plow tip, plow evaluation, plow structure and plow disk.
