Unit inventory is an essential and important basic work to ensure the smooth implementation of census registration, which is related to the success or failure of census work. The object of unit inventory includes all legal entities engaged in economic and social activities, industrial activity units and self-employed households engaged in secondary and tertiary industries in our province. The unit inventory work is mainly divided into the selection and training of enumerators, the division of census areas, the compilation of inventory books, "carpet" inventory, data audit and other links. At that time, the census personnel will collect the information of the inventory form at home and fill in the inventory form by classification.
Unit inventory principle
The unit inventory adopts the organizational principle of "block-based, block-combined". Statistical departments at all levels shall, jointly with the competent departments of civil affairs, taxation, industry and commerce, quality supervision and other units with the power of examination and approval, organize and complete the unit inventory work under the unified leadership of the economic census offices at all levels according to their respective characteristics and responsibilities.
Railways, postal services, telecommunications, banking, insurance, securities and other departments should provide the local census institutions with the directory of local legal entities, branches and business outlets of this system, and cooperate with the local census institutions to do a good job in inventory. The China People's Liberation Army and the Chinese People's Armed Police Force should assist the local census institutions to check the non-affiliated economic units in the camp.
