2. Neiguan point belongs to the pericardium meridian, two inches behind the transverse palmar line, and is taken between the flexor carpi radialis tendon and the palmaris longus tendon.
3. Waiguan point belongs to Sanjiao meridian, opposite Neiguan point. Neiguan point is on the inside of the arm and Waiguan point is on the outside of the arm.
4. Zhao Hai point belongs to the kidney meridian, located on the inner side of the foot, in the depression below the tip of the medial malleolus.
5. Shenmai point belongs to the bladder meridian, located in the lateral part of the foot and the depression of the lower edge of the lateral ankle.
6. Gongsun point belongs to spleen meridian, located at the inner edge of human foot, before and after the first metatarsal base.
7. Zulingqi point belongs to the gallbladder meridian, located on the outside of the dorsum of the foot, between the metatarsal bone of the fourth toe and the little toe.
