Contents of Dunhuang suicide note

Dunhuang suicide note can be divided into two parts: religious classics and secular classics. Religious books and records account for 80%, including classics, commentaries, comments, praises, Dalagni, vows, invitations, sea trips, sacrificial ceremonies, biographies of monks, classics and so on. There are many manuscripts of the Diamond Sutra and Hokkekyo, and some lost scriptures in China have also been found, such as the third-order religious scriptures that were repeatedly banned in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, and a number of suspected fake scriptures. In addition to Buddhist scriptures, several other religious classics have been discovered. Among them, there are more than 500 Taoist papers. The Northern Dynasties wrote Lao Zi's Notes on Classics and Lao Zi's Hu Jing. In Manichaeism, there is a brief introduction to Manichaeism Buddhism. Nestorianism, there are "Da Qin Nestorianism Sanwei Meng Du Zan" and so on. Some are long-lost classics, which have the function of filling in the gaps and compiling, enriching the treasure house of China literature; The other part, although it exists in the handed down literature, provides a rare collating version. The discovery of these lost articles has promoted the study of Manichaeism and Nestorianism by eastern and western scholars.
