What is the Book of Changes?
The Book of Changes is an ancient divination book in China. In ancient times, it took 18 times of repeated evolution to form a hexagram image, so the Book of Changes was originally named Yi Xiang. In fact, The Book of Changes is a philosophical masterpiece covered with mysterious predictions. The Book of Changes regards heaven and earth as the general source of all things, and abstracts two basic categories of "Yin" and "Yang" from complex natural and social phenomena. "Yang" represents positive, enterprising, strong, masculine and other characteristics and things with these characteristics; "Yin" represents passivity, defense, weakness, femininity and other characteristics and things with these characteristics.
