Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province was founded in 19 12, formerly known as "Nanyuan", a famous scenic spot in Yangcheng in Ming Dynasty, and later the library building of Guangya Bookstore in Qing Dynasty, in which "Anti-wind Pavilion" was the secret stronghold of Sun Yat-sen's early revolutionary activities. The museum has a long history and a rich collection, and enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad. Guangdong Zhongshan Library is the first batch of national key ancient books protection units approved by the State Council.
