Mount Ding Dayun, 982 meters above sea level, is tall and straight, with cliffs in the clouds, such as knives and axes, surrounded by miles; There are dozens of acres of flat land on the ground, which looks like a city wall, so it is also called "Shicheng Mountain", which is one of the defense systems of Bashan City in the late Song Dynasty and also a famous anti-Yuan castle site. There are dense trees on the mountain, and there are scenic spots such as "Yunding Sunrise", "Foggy Mountain Sea of Clouds" and "Yunding Blue". The Ding Dayun Temple on the top of the mountain was built in the Southern and Northern Dynasties and in the Qing Dynasty. There are cliff stone carvings in Tang Dynasty on the mountain. Xiaoyunding Mountain is 2.5 kilometers away from Ding Dayun Mountain, with sparse peaks. The whole mountain has 1 10 kinds of trees, which are shaded by the sun and covered with a layer of green. Jintang Little Three Gorges System was formed by Tuojiang River cutting off Longquan Mountains. The canyon is 10 km long, with high mountains and deep valleys, and the river rushes out of the canyon, which is magnificent.
Genting Mountain has been a battleground for military strategists since ancient times. In the Southern Song Dynasty, the city was built here, and song and yuan war was successively moved to Chengdufu Road, Chuanfu Road, An Jun and other places, and a "Xu Lisi" garrison was set up. After many battles, it persisted for 15 years, and finally fell because of lack of food in the city. There are 8 city gates and military sites, including Wengcheng, I-shaped wall, battery, military camp, Tianchi, water well, sentry box and water army wharf. Genting Mountain has a direct expressway to the top of the mountain, and now it has become a famous tourist attraction near Chengdu.
