The bridge of Hongqiao, a famous scenic spot in Fenghuang ancient city, was also attacked by flood peaks. The "wind and rain bridge" of wood structure was also washed away. On June 16, Fenghuang Ancient City Scenic Area carried out post-disaster garbage cleaning, post-disaster disinfection and epidemic prevention and other restoration work.
On the 26th of the same month, Fenghuang Ancient City Scenic Area was opened to the public. On August 16 of the same year, the post-disaster recovery construction of Fenghuang Ancient City Scenic Area was basically completed and officially opened to the outside world.
