After a period of time, exhale, withdraw your left hand, and naturally fall to one side of your body, forming a trend of 1. Practice repeatedly. Key points of achievement method: 1. The operation of qi and blood can not be completed only by breathing, but also by conscious guidance. 2. After a period of time, exhale and take back your hands, naturally hanging to one side of your body, becoming a trend of 1, and so on. Just hold your breath for a while, and at the same time, your mind will lift your breath upwards, your lower abdomen will be retracted, and your breath will be lifted upwards to Zhongdian Day. Then breathe out slowly, and at the same time, both hands slowly and forcefully grasp the claws into fists, and the breath of Tian Chan's thoughts reaches the fingers of both hands through the shoulders and arms. When inhaling, the fist becomes the palm of your hand again, look forward and practice repeatedly. Key points of achievement method: 1. When you master the fist, you should use force, cooperate with breathing and consciousness. Your shoulders and elbows should sink, and your arms should not float up and down because of hand movements. 2. When practicing Five Phoenix Qi Fei, you should be divided into four groups at a time, and each group should practice 36 times of empty grasping (that is, grasping into fists).
