What is the brief biography of Galileo Galilei?

On February 15, 1564, Galileo Galileo was born in Pisa, a city on the western coast of Italy. His father was a musician. Although the family has declined by this time, it can still be said that it comes from a famous family. Galileo inherited fiery red hair and an independent and aloof character from his father.

At the age of 10, Galileo was sent to the monastery of Vallombrosa to receive a classical education. He has been fond of mechanics and mathematics since he was a child, but he quickly adapted to this pure life, which once made his parents worry that he would become a lifelong monk. So, when he was 14 years old, his father took him back home. At the age of 17, although he followed his father's orders and entered the University of Pisa to study medicine, the aloof Galileo ignored the objections of the professors and studied ancient books and conducted experiments alone.
