2. Next, the file properties interface will appear to see if the "Read Only" option is selected. Uncheck;
3. If the read-only file is password protected, please open the file and click View-Restrict Editing. Then click "Stop Protection" and enter the password for editing;
4. If all the above operations fail, open a blank word document and select Insert-Object;
5. In the options that appear, click and select "Text in File";
6. Click and select "Read Only File" in the pop-up interface, and then insert it.
7. You can then edit the content in the new document, or copy the content directly, but the text format will have an impact.
