The printing of publications must be examined and approved by the local publishing administrative department. After examination and approval, it must go through the administrative procedures for industry and commerce before publication. Therefore, individuals who have not completed the above procedures are not allowed to print. Even if it is only printed and not published, it is illegal and needs to bear legal responsibility. Therefore, printing books requires the approval of the administrative department.
If an individual publishes a book at his own expense, he can send the manuscript to a publishing house or institution, and then edit it for preliminary examination. After the preliminary examination is passed, the editor will submit it to the agency for topic selection. After passing, publish the social application number, then the author determines the cover design, and finally print and mail it to the author. For example, publishing books with professional titles does not need to be published, and the promotion and distribution of literary and artistic books can be entrusted to publishing companies.
