Since Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty personally led an army180,000 to worship the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor, and built a temple in the fifth year of the Tang Dynasty (770), it has always been a place for ethnic festivals in past dynasties. The cypress planted by the Yellow Emperor in front of the mausoleum has a history of more than 5,000 years. It is the oldest cypress in the world and has witnessed the 5,000-year history of Chinese civilization.
