At present, "electronic chip" and "physical suction" are two commonly used dehumidification technologies in the industry. Two dehumidification methods are introduced here, and their advantages and disadvantages are briefly described. The electronic chip dehumidification method is a relatively new working principle, which can also be called "dehumidification of frozen chip frosted water". This technology originated from the refrigeration chip in the automobile refrigerator, using the temperature difference effect of semiconductor characteristics. One side of the chip has a low temperature and the other side has a heating function. Because the low temperature side and the air in the box generate condensed water vapor, the natural gravity phenomenon of small water droplets drops to the water guide hole, and then the water is drained by absorbent fibers or sponges, and then passes through the heated side.
Advantages: Because chips are cheap, the overall price in moistureproof box is also low. When the demand for faster moisture absorption is needed, it is easier to meet certain humidity requirements in a short time.
Disadvantages: Because the temperature difference effect can produce water vapor condensation, the dehumidification effect will be poor when the temperature is low in winter, and even the area below 0℃ can't be dehumidified at all. In addition, because the whole dehumidification operation always needs power supply, there is no dehumidification and moisture-proof effect during power failure, and the power consumption is relatively large compared with the physical dehumidification principle. Basically, the physical absorption type is simply the above-mentioned "renewable dry matter". He used the physical phenomenon of Van der Waals force to absorb water molecules in dry matter, and then cooperated with different design experiences and different time differences of various manufacturers to conduct micro-heating to destroy the force between hydrogen bonds. Also, due to the physical characteristics of the heated intermediate memory metal, it will automatically open the door outside the cabinet and finally discharge this part of water molecules out of the cabinet. When the temperature drops, the door closes and can be used again.
Advantages: The formula of renewable drying materials has a history of nearly a hundred years and is a mature technology. Good quality renewable drying materials can be used for more than 100 years, and there are no problems such as replacement and pollution. Moreover, the principle of hygroscopic drying materials is to take away water molecules, so there will be no problem of water droplets. When power is cut off, because it has moisture absorption function, it does not need power supply support, and it can still maintain a certain moisture absorption ability without power supply, thus ensuring the moisture-proof and dehumidification function of articles stored in the closed box. In addition, the power consumption of physical suction dehumidification is very low, which is more in line with the requirements of environmental protection.
Disadvantages: the heating part will still need electricity, and this part may still cause the failure of dehumidifying the heart. In addition, the cost of regenerated drying materials is high, and the quality is actually different. The technical quality of the manufacturer is a key condition, so we must carefully choose the brand of moistureproof box.
