"Zhuangzi Deliberately" said: "The way of vegetarianism is that God is the only one who keeps it, keeping it without losing it, and being one with God." Zhuangzi Zaiqi refers to Guangyun: "If you don't see, listen but don't smell, and know but don't smell, your God will remain in shape, and the shape will be immortal. I have one and live in harmony, so I am over 2,000 years old and my figure has not dropped. " Taoism follows the thought of Laozi and Zhuangzi, creating and maintaining a skill. Many early Taoist scriptures emphasized the importance of practice. "Taiping Jing" says: "If you want to be excused, it is better to keep one." If you don't know one, you don't know any. ..... So the Immortal Sutra says: A son who wants to live forever should keep one and be clear. Thinking about hunger, one with food; Thirst, and one. " ⑤ The Three Yuan One True Classics says: "A son can keep one, and a son can also keep one, and a son can see one, and a son can also see one. ..... can't stay, so go to trinity, and leave the righteousness. " ⑽ also think that form can't be without spirit, so cloud "must be based on spirit". The conclusion is: "Stop the eyes you want to see, remove the color of light, Du's ears, listen to distant sounds, get rid of mysterious views, and keep the female hug ... to make the whole day meaningful." ⑾ That is to restrain excessive desires, keep the spirit quiet, and make the form and the God unite and last forever. "The True Sutra of the Wisdom of Taishang" says: "Nothing is like doing nothing, ... greed and stagnation lead to aging; Get happiness, lose anger, and get sick; If you are stubborn, you will die. ..... security, leave only one. ..... keep a quiet and lonely heart, lose the desire to break anger, return to the right path, and do nothing, which is also caused by the people above. " The seventh volume of Daoism quoted the old gentleman's commandment and said, "Anyone who keeps God should be normalized, calm, and calm. If you are quiet, you will know it." "Tao Xu Shu Bai Wen" said: "Holding one person also refines the spirit. ..... If the husband can keep the center, he will be proud and famous. " The theory of "keeping one" in the above books is the spirit of keeping one, which is the inheritance of Laozi's thought of "keeping one" and Zhuangzi's thought of "keeping only God and being one with God", and it is also the most basic content of keeping one skill. But at the same time, Taoism personifies these "spirits", believing that they live in the human body, between heaven and earth, and that people can live forever as long as they keep and miss them. This is a far cry from the thoughts of Laozi and Zhuangzi, and it is purely religious. (2) Hold your breath. Some Taoist books also interpret "one" as "qi" (or essence, or qi), so keeping one is keeping one. Laozi's official seal sentence on the river says: "If a person can hold one, he will live forever. Laozi's annotation on the object ear opposes "referring to the five internal organs by name" (that is, interpreting "I" as a part of the human body) and calls "I" Tao and Taoist precepts, but its interpretation of "Tao" is actually "Qi" or innate vitality. As long as you are not in the human body, all possessed people know that the world is often a fake geisha, which is not true.
