In the cave near the gorge where Bagongshan meets Huaihe River, there is a rare fish-Wang Huiyu, which is only found in the waters of Bagongshan. This kind of fish, with its edible meat quality and nutritional value, has surpassed the well-known Huaihe carp and has been listed as "tribute fish" since ancient times.

According to legend, Liu An, King of Huainan in the Western Han Dynasty, sought immortality and learned Taoism in Bagong Mountain. Someone gave him this fish. After eating it, he thought it was delicious, so he called it "Huang Hui" and often praised the delicacy of this dish at banquets. Therefore, the locals call this kind of fish "Wang Hui Fish", "Huang Hui Fish" and "Wang Huai Fish".

There is also a beautiful legend about the king fish.

It is said that a long time ago, in the Dragon Palace in Black Dragon Pool, a group of beautiful fish spirits returned to Wang Xian, who worshipped the kind old black dragon as his father and lived a quiet life in the Dragon Palace. Sometimes you dance lightly and face each other across the sea. One day, in a village near Heilongtan, a group of people came to play flower drum lanterns, and the wonderful sound of gongs and drums reached the Dragon Palace. Wang Huixian, who likes singing and dancing, unanimously asked the old black dragon to take them to see the lanterns on earth. Helpless, the old black dragon had to turn into a leading carriage and carry the fairies out of the Black Dragon Pool. I thought no one was watching, but I didn't expect to be caught by a young man crossing the river to watch the lights. Later generations came to the light field first and told people about this discovery. After a while, the leading carriage arrived with the beautiful fairy, and people who watched and played with the lights immediately gathered around and rushed to watch. When the old black dragon saw the truth, he hurried back to the Black Dragon Pool with all the fairies. However, people who are fascinated by the beauty of fairies will not give up. Since then, people have fished the king fairy back with nets every day. When the fairy was fished out of the water, it became a goldfish and became a delicious food for people. The old black dragon advised the fairies to run for their lives, but the fairies were reluctant to leave the old black dragon. Since then, the fairies have been hiding in the deep hole, but some people have been caught out of the water. Therefore, whining can often be heard in the Black Dragon Pool. It's the old black dragon crying for the lost queen fairy.

Wang Huiyu is gentle and withdrawn, and often lives with his family in underwater and caves, caves and crevices. There are many underwater caves and caves in the Xiakou area, which are also curved and swift, so Wang Huiyu was born here. Every time the Huaihe River floods, the fish returning to the king will be jubilant, and some will go against the current and reach Henan; Some went down the river and arrived in Jiangsu. However, the place where they have children and live for a long time is still in the waters of Bagong Mountain.

Bagongshan tofu has a long history. According to legend, more than 2,000 years ago, Liu An, King of Huainan in the Western Han Dynasty, made a panacea from spring water, soybeans and brine in Bagongshan, where eight ministers in the ruling and opposition parties were dismissed. As a result, the elixir was gone, but he accidentally invented tofu and called it "Bagongshan Tofu". This kind of tofu is tender, smooth and delicious, and has no smell of yellow paste and water. Famous in ancient and modern times, it has a long reputation. Local tofu, made of bamboo shoots and shrimps, has become a delicacy throughout the ages. The mountain stream winds back and forth, the stream gurgles, the pine trees on the mountain roar, and the mountains are full of gold and jade. The fairyland of Bagong is full of interest, and the moon in Jin Dong is more interesting in the morning. The West Lake shines red at night, and strings of pearl springs surge, and Shouyang is like Gong Qiong Palace." "Chushan is stacked with books, comparable to Wang Weili's paintings."
