Humanist history calls for people to be liberated from feudal religious superstitions, so that people can realize their own value, believe in their wisdom and strength, celebrate their dignity and potential, advocate individual liberation and freedom of thought, and pursue their realistic secular happiness. They advocate: 1. Transform medieval historiography with ancient Greek historiography tradition; 2. Pay attention to the collation and textual research of ancient books; 3. Abandon the church-centered historical view; 4. History should be centered on people and their careers; 5. In the historical interpretation, we began to give up the role of myths and legends and introduce geographical, cultural and human factors.
