Introduction to Ancient Books and Medicine Volume VI

Introduction to Medicine was compiled by Li Qian in Ming Dynasty, and was born in Nanfeng (now Nanfeng, Jiangxi). When I was young, I studied medicine because of illness, read widely, worked hard in clinic and had a brilliant medical voice. In his later years, because beginners felt that they could not find it, they collected dozens of medical books, "talking about their essentials, including their words, so that they could be hidden and supplemented", and wrote a book, which was published in the world in the third year of Wanli (1575). The book is divided into internal and external collections, arguing that "the doctor can know the portal inside and outside, and then he can try to cure the disease, so he will not follow the footsteps of Mongolia and waste his life", so the title is "Introduction to Medicine". ***9 volumes. He first published Introduction to Medicine, Biography of Physicians, Acupoint Map and Luck and Maintenance. Volume 1 refers to meridians, viscera, diagnosis and acupuncture. Volumes 2 ~ 3 are Materia Medica, Six Qi as Disease, Medicine as Disease, Diet Prescription, etc. Volumes 4 ~ 8 are domestic and foreign prescriptions for women and children based on syndrome differentiation and treatment and first aid.

The text of this book is ode, supplemented by notes. The comments quoted the views of various schools and attached their own views. At the end of the book, it is called "Code of Medical Practice", which discusses the requirements for practitioners' learning and medical ethics cultivation, and emphasizes that doctors should have a solid theoretical foundation and extensive professional knowledge and be loyal to their duties.
