Recruitment conditions of community livelihood workers

Legal analysis: different community workers have different recruitment conditions, taking Inner Mongolia as an example;

First, the recruitment target

(a) in 2020, the autonomous region full-time college graduates;

(two) full-time college graduates in Inner Mongolia in 2020;

(3) Unemployed college graduates from Inner Mongolia who graduated from full-time colleges and universities on 2017, 20 18 and 20 19.

Second, the recruitment conditions

(a) good political quality, love the motherland, support the party's basic line, principles and policies.

(2) Love grass-roots human resources and social security services.

(three) with professionalism, law-abiding, decent style.

(4) being in good health.

On-the-job grass-roots service personnel, those who have completed their service, those who have left their posts before the service expires, and graduate students are not included in this recruitment; Those who are included in the list of people who have lost their trust will be disqualified once they are found.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall follow the principles of legality, fairness, equality, voluntariness, consensus, honesty and credibility when concluding a labor contract. The labor contract concluded according to law is binding, and the employer and the employee shall perform the obligations stipulated in the labor contract.
