What is the official position of Qiu Guan of the Han army?

Official name. An official in charge of the four seasons. Six officials in Zhou Li called Scott Qiu Guan, who is in charge of the prison. Both Tang and Qing dynasties set up, Li Tiantai (prison), Taishiyuan or Qin Tianjian. At one time, Emperor Wu of the Tang Dynasty changed the name of punishments to Qiu Guan. Later generations also regarded Qiu Guan as the general name of punishments.
