When Zongshen summoned him, he put forward that economy was the key to financial management, which was quite appreciated, and he left three classes to serve in the hospital. In the fourth year of Yuanfeng, Zong Shen, who was good at historiography, ordered the History Museum to compile the Outline of the Five Dynasties. In the fifth year of Yuanfeng, he worshipped Zhongshu Sheren. The following year, he died in Jiangning House. When operating Buddhism, we pursue "Wen Ding". ?
Ceng Gong's main achievement lies in his prose creation. His prose is unpretentious, precise and clear, plain and thorough. For example, to Mr. Ouyang Scheeren, Mo Chi Collection, Disaster Relief Proposal, etc., are ambitious and well written. Ceng Gong was highly praised by famous scholars in past dynasties. Wang Anshi said: "There is nothing in Ceng Zi's article, but there is a battle of Jianghan stars in the water"; Su Shi said: "Drunken Weng (Ouyang Xiu) is a scholar and difficult to be virtuous. Ceng Zi is unique and eccentric. " Zhu praised: "People's words must be like this." ? Another important achievement of Ceng Gong was sorting out ancient books and editing history books. The Warring States Policy, New Preface, Shuoyuan, Lienv Biography, Chen Shu and Li Taibai Ji are all collated. ?
