4.7.2 Urethritis Urethritis is mainly transmitted through sexual contact and is caused by gonococcal or non-gonococcal pathogens. Urinary tract infection caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae often involves urinary and reproductive mucosa. Neisseria gonorrhoeae is a gram-negative Neisseria. After infection, the urethral orifice mucosa is red, itchy and stinging, and the urethral secretions are mostly purulent secretions, which leads to urination discomfort, and then the anterior urethral mucosa is red and swollen, resulting in frequent urination, dysuria and urgency. Bilateral inguinal lymph nodes show acute inflammatory reaction, and some patients may have secondary urethritis and prostatitis.
4.7.3 pyelonephritis pyelonephritis is mostly caused by retrograde infection of urinary tract and bladder to the kidney, and some cases are caused by blood infection in other parts. 4.7.4 Acute prostatitis is mostly caused by upward infection of urethra, and it can also be caused by urine such as acute cystitis, acute urinary retention and acute gonococcal post-urethritis. Some of them come from blood-borne infections, such as furuncle, carbuncle, respiratory tract and other systemic infectious diseases. The main pathogens are gram-negative bacilli or pseudomonas, but there are also streptococcus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, mycoplasma and chlamydia. The main pathological changes are excessive infiltration of leukocytes and tissue edema in the prostate. The main clinical manifestations are fever, urethral sign and swelling.
4.7.5 Urinary calculi Urinary calculi are the general names of kidney calculi, ureteral calculi, bladder calculi and urethral calculi. The mechanism of stone formation is not completely clear. Men are more than women, whites are more than people of color, office workers such as high-temperature workers and pilots are more than other people, and the incidence rate is higher in mountainous areas, deserts and tropical areas, which is also related to dietary nutrition factors, water consumption, own diseases and genetic factors.
