Treatise on Febrile Diseases was compiled by Fang Youzhi in Ming Dynasty, and it was written in the 20th year of Wanli (AD 1592). The book is divided into eight volumes, and finally there is a herbal note, a question and a spasmodic book. First of all, the relationship between "six meridians are treated separately" and "exterior-interior disease position" in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is expounded with the theory of internal phase of meridians. Secondly, the three principles of "sun disease" are "wind impairs health", "cold impairs camp" and "wind-cold impairs camp and health", which are summarized by relevant provisions. Similarly, we can distinguish the primary and secondary syndromes and treatment problems of Yangming disease, Shaoyang disease, Taiyin disease, febrile disease, cholera, spasm, dampness, drinking and other diseases.
The characteristic of Treatise on Febrile Diseases lies in the author's first major adjustment and textual research on Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
The author thinks that Treatise on Febrile Diseases, edited by Wang Shuhe and revised by later generations, has long lost its former scenery. He said: "It is very wrong to steal the outline. Although the cover was compiled at the beginning of Shuhe, it has a long history, and it is not without disadvantages. Today is not ancient, of course, so is the thing, and although the annotator pays attention to it, it is just following the text. " I "have the heart of Zhongjing, the ambition of Zhongjing, in order to fit the way of Zhongjing." Then, "Don't be afraid of road risks, visit extensively in many aspects, broaden your knowledge and experience, think about it for a long time, and suddenly realize at night that you have learned the old lessons, retake the exam, and repair the series again." "Move a few words and test a few words". "Bubu" is not the original text of Zhongjing, but Wang Shuhe's "statement of Zhongjing's words with what he thinks is a compliment", but the original title of the article has always been disputed by later generations. Although the two books, Ping Mai Fa and Bian Mai Fa, have wings in Zhongjing, they can't be put in front, so they are put at the end of the article, and the difficult cases of typhoid fever are deleted.
Fang spent more than 20 years trying to find a way out. -infer the meaning of Zhongjing for textual research and write this book. He has his own unique insights and research results, which are praised by many researchers of Treatise on Febrile Diseases in later generations. This view of "wrong simplification and redefinition" has also triggered a debate on the study of Treatise on Febrile Diseases in academic circles. Treatise on Febrile Diseases is proofread and printed according to Haoran Building, which can be used as a reference for researchers of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, teachers of Chinese medicine colleges and clinicians.
