Jade rabbit, also known as moon rabbit, lives on the moon and is responsible for making medicine in the moon palace. It is an animal in ancient myths and legends of China. Huaxia is an ancient name of China and another name of Han nationality. At first, it refers to the Zhou Dynasty and the vassal states belonging to Zhou's "brothers and nephews". Later, it expanded to include all Kyushu regions, so it became another name for China (that is, the Han nationality is in the same region) and Han nationality, also known as "Kyushu in Han Dynasty". So it was named Jade Rabbit Huaxia.
