How did people in ancient China explain the word "soul"?

Described as the soul in ancient times, it refers to people's spiritual atmosphere. In ancient times, the soul was regarded as Yang, which constituted people's thinking and intelligence. The soul is a rough and turbid yin, which constitutes the human sensory form. The harmony of soul (yin and yang) leads to human health. When a person dies, the soul (Yang) returns to heaven, the spirit (shape) leaves God, and the body, flesh and blood (Yin) return to the ground. The soul is a yang god.
