Frankly speaking, when I had to choose a book to read and study at first, Gulliver's Travels was an excellent satirical novel, and its fascinating story, ingenious clues and the reality it told us shocked me. However, to my surprise, this book is actually a great challenge for me. First of all, it is a friction novel, and there are many special non-ego created by many authors, which are difficult for me to understand, so that I have to read its Chinese version from time to time. Secondly, Gulliver's Travels has profound connotations. It involves many religious and political aspects. As we know, it is difficult to explain these aspects in Chinese, let alone in English. For the above reasons, I have to quote some other people's words in my article.
In the process of reading, I encountered many problems due to the limitation of knowledge. From this, I realize that the quality of knowledge is the key to affect a person's comprehensive quality. Everyone should study more to lay a foundation for further study.
