At first glance, I don't understand the Book of Changes at all. The original text of the Book of Changes is generally the same, unlike the Tao Te Ching, which has so many versions. So as far as the original text is concerned, these books are basically complete. From the core, The Book of Changes consists of sixty-four hexagrams and symbols. Secondly, each hexagram is famous and has six sentences. Then, the Ten Wings written for Confucius, including Biography of Elephant, Biography of Elephant, Biography of Elephant, Biography of Classical Chinese, Biography of Preface, Biography of Eight Diagrams and Biography of Miscellaneous Pictures, are all Confucius' comments on the Book of Changes. Then there are the comments of later generations on Yi. So it's four floors.
Generally easy-to-read books, the original text is basically the same, and the sentence breaks are different, so you need to ponder it yourself. Most of the differences in books are the fourth layer mentioned above. There are different annotations in later generations, some are translated by modern people, some are compiled by ancient people, and the books are different.
At present, what we usually call the original book of changes includes the first three layers: the name of the hexagram, the words of the hexagram and the ten wings.
