If a foreigner who enjoys diplomatic privileges and immunities commits a crime and should be investigated for criminal responsibility, it should be resolved through diplomatic channels.
Whoever commits a crime in our country, whether the perpetrator is our country or not.
Whether citizens or foreigners, whether they infringe on the interests of China citizens or foreigners, should be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with China's criminal law.
Of course, there is another point, that is, foreigners who enjoy diplomatic privileges and immunities should be investigated for criminal responsibility and solved through diplomatic channels.
The so-called diplomatic privileges and immunities refer to the right enjoyed by embassies, consulates and diplomats to be free from the legal jurisdiction and other treatment of the host country when performing their duties.
