Preparation before cardiac compression
Lie on your back on a hard board or on the ground. If you tie the soft bed, you need to add boards.
Where the heart is under pressure
Place the root of one hand on the lower 2/3 of the sternum and the other hand on it. Keep your elbows straight and press in the direction of your spine by your weight. Press the chest down 3-4 cm according to the pressure.
The pressing frequency is 100 times per minute.
Compression and ventilation ratio
30: 2 (this is the value of two people)
Effective artificial respiration should be performed at the same time as chest compressions. When the compression fails, 0. 1% epinephrine 1ml should be injected intravenously.
Observe the chest, establish effective ventilation and moderate compression to prevent sternal fracture.
