Zhongwan point is located in the upper abdomen, on the anterior midline, 4 inches above the navel. Belongs to ren mai.

Zusanli is on the anterolateral side of the calf, 3 inches below the nose of the calf, and a horizontal finger (middle finger) from the front edge of the tibia. It belongs to the stomach meridian.

Hegu is on the back of hand, between metacarpal 1 and 2, and the radial midpoint of the second metacarpal. It belongs to the large intestine meridian.
