Reference style template

Anyone who has written a graduation thesis should be familiar with how torturous the management of references is. The format exported by the document management tool is far from the format required by the school. After each manual modification, the effort to refresh the whole process is futile. There must be many friends who have experienced this kind of pain. At that time, I manually typed in the references one by one, and it was tears when I said too much.

In order to benefit the next session, after the paper was submitted for blind evaluation, I sorted out the pattern templates of school references, hoping to help future students write graduation papers. The format of each section of the resources may change, but fine-tuning according to what I have arranged for you should also save a lot of time.

The following are the format requirements of references for graduation thesis of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, so in the following style template, only the following five situations are specially treated. If you have special needs, you can refer to the following styles for customization.

Because I used the documents managed by Zotero during my graduate studies, I only sorted out Zotero's style templates. This style is modified on the basis of Chinese national standard GB/T77 14-2005 (numerical value, in Chinese), and combined with China-national standard -g b-T-77 14-20 15- numerical value-Bilan of @ Niu Gengtian. CSL。

First, position the cursor at the position where references need to be added, click Add/Edit Citation on the Zotero page in word, then select China-Country-Standard -g b-T-77 14-2005- Digital-Chinese -hust-hsc.csl style, and then search for the name of the paper to which references need to be added. If you need to refer to multiple documents in the current position, you can repeatedly enter different titles in the input box.

Because a lot of information is incomplete when Zotero imports documents, and the format of references is confusing when he exports them, it is necessary to complete the information of each paper before exporting the format. Among them, mandatory items are set for each item, and these contents must be filled in correctly. The following are two websites that I often use to retrieve thesis information.

For all references, if they are in English, please remember that the language of the information column in Zotero is set to en to distinguish et al from et al.

First, position the cursor to the position where references need to be added, and click Add/Edit References on the Zotero page in word.

If the above styles do not meet your needs, you can modify them on the basis of loading the above styles.
