Class B: It is applicable to candidates who belong to areas with relaxed registration qualifications, who have registered for legal majors and whose test scores are 360 or above. The relaxation of the qualifications for the national judicial examination is mainly based on the provisions of the Judges Law, the Public Prosecutor Law and the Lawyers Law. In areas where the qualifications for undergraduate qualifications are indeed difficult, the qualifications for holding posts and practicing qualifications can be relaxed to legal professional qualifications.
Class C: It is suitable for candidates with scores of 320-359 in areas with relaxed registration qualifications, and candidates who have been taken care of in minority languages in ethnic areas. This kind of personnel includes two situations: the registration degree is a college of law, bachelor degree or above.
