When were Northeast Bank and Inner Mongolia People's Bank unified into China People's Bank system?

1 951April1day, the People's Bank of China made specific provisions on the currency exchange between Northeast China and Inner Mongolia: due to the vast territory of Inner Mongolia and inconvenient transportation, the exchange period of local currency banknotes of the People's Bank of Inner Mongolia was extended to the end of July. In order to take care of the people in Inner Mongolia, the People's Bank of China specially printed a part of RMB with Mongolian characters for circulation in Inner Mongolia. On the same day, Northeast Bank and Inner Mongolia People's Bank were unified as China People's Bank.
