Are there many imitations in the museum?

Most of the cultural relics in the museum are physical objects, and there are few simulated cultural relics. Unless the cultural relics have been carbonized or damaged due to man-made damage or geological disasters, they are unrecoverable cultural relics that are highly restored and simulated.

Ancient silk, calligraphy and painting are copied by famous artists in cultural relics exhibitions, and treasures are rarely taken out, because calligraphy and painting are easily damaged and irreversible under illumination and non-constant temperature. In particular, the breath of the audience is also easy to damage ancient calligraphy and painting. Because the exhibition facilities and equipment of the museum do not meet the technical requirements of absolute dust prevention, strong light filtering and constant temperature, some very old or precious things are rarely exhibited.

The Palace Museum in Beijing held the exhibition "The Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival" more than ten years ago, which lasted only three days. Later, it was copied by the Qing Dynasty. Such precious cultural relics as The Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival took only a few days to be exhibited.
