What is the meaning of the section in the title of Haicuotu?

The "fault" of "sea fault" is not a huge number of mistakes, but a variety of miscellaneous meanings, that is, a wide variety of creatures in the ocean. Haicuotu is an atlas of marine life written by Nie Huang during Kangxi period in Qing Dynasty. He is a painter who is particularly interested in marine life. He painted more than 300 kinds of creatures that he saw and heard with his own eyes when traveling along the coast of China.

These include animals, seashore plants, and even some legendary visions, forming a "sea map". In addition to recording biological appearance, Nie Huang also looked through ancient books for textual research. Therefore, every picture in "Sea Mistake Map" is accompanied by a text introduction of biological habits, food chain, legends, local chronicles and even cooking methods.
