According to the decision of the Fifth Session of the Eleventh National People's Congress on the number of deputies and the election of the Twelfth National People's Congress, the number of deputies of ethnic minorities in the Twelfth National People's Congress is about 360, which is the same as that of the Eleventh National People's Congress. The specific distribution scheme is as follows:
1. All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall elect 320 representatives of ethnic minorities.
Two, the China People's Liberation Army shall elect 14 representatives of ethnic minorities.
3. The remaining 26 representatives of ethnic minorities shall be assigned by the NPC Standing Committee according to law.
