Yao (1335-14 18), a young man named Tian Nuo, was named an old man and ran away from home. Changzhou (now Suzhou, Jiangsu) people. Politicians, Buddhist scholars and writers in the Ming Dynasty planned the "Jingnan War" to help Judy win Daming Mountain from his nephew. Judy acceded to the throne, with a compound surname, given the name Xiaoguang, and awarded the Prince Shao Shi. Xiaoguang has never had hair and has never been married. He became a monk and died at the age of 85. Buried in Chonggezhuang, Fangshan, Beijing, the remains of the existing tomb tower exist. Known as "political monk" and "prime minister in black". It is one of the "Ten Friends of North Guo".
Yao became a monk in Miaozhi Temple in Suzhou when he was young. He is proficient in the three religions and has a good relationship with academic leaders of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism in the early Ming Dynasty. Hongwu was selected by Ming Taizu in 15. He met Judy, the prince of Yan, presided over the Qingshou Temple and became Judy's main adviser. In the third year of Jingnan, Yao stayed in Beiping, suggesting that he travel light and take Nanjing, so that he could successfully seize Nanjing and become emperor. It is unique in history to defeat the military power of the whole country with only a small piece of land and finally win.
After he ascended the throne, Yao served as Zuo Shanshi, the recorder of monks, and added a prince, who was called "the Prime Minister in Black". Responsible for moving the capital and planning the layout of Beijing today. Then, after Jie Jin failed to compile books, he became the top editor of Yongle Dadian and Ming Taizu's record, especially Yongle Dadian, which was his greatest contribution in the cultural history of China. In the later years of the gradual decline of Buddhism in the early Ming Dynasty, Shao Shi shouldered the heavy responsibility of protecting Buddhism and compiled Tao Yu Lu, which was a great event in the history of Buddhism.
14 18 (16th year of Yongle), Yao was seriously ill and could not go to court. He lived in Qingshou Temple. Chengzu came several times, gave him a pot of gold and asked him what he wanted. Yao said, "Shang Pu has been in prison for a long time, and I hope to pardon him." Pu is the main monk of Emperor Jianwen. At the beginning, Cheng Zu entered Nanjing, and some people said that Emperor Wen Jian escaped by pretending to be a monk. Puyi knew about it, and some people said that Emperor Wen Jian was hiding in Puyi's house. The emperor imprisoned Puyi on other grounds, and ordered Hu Meng and others to look for the whereabouts of the emperor everywhere, but they didn't find him. Pucha has been in prison for more than ten years. Only then did he agree to Yao's request and immediately ordered his release. Yao prostrated himself and thanked him.
Soon, he died at the age of 84. Abandon the court for two days and bury Yao as a monk. He was posthumously awarded the post of Li Xuan Chen Wenzhi, promoted to Dr. Rong Lu, Shangguguo and Rongguogong, and paid tribute to him. He was buried in the northeast of fangshan county, and personally wrote a tombstone inscription for him, and awarded his adopted son Yao Jibao an official position.
