Physical, psychological, disease, environmental and drug factors
Seasonal change is the evolutionary law of nature, and our human body also has the law of "sleeping at night", which is related. Traditional Chinese medicine theory calls it "the correspondence between man and nature", and "heaven" refers to nature, and human beings grow up in the embrace of nature. It is important that the relationship between the two should be balanced and coordinated.
For human health, a good sleep is as important as a person's normal diet and breathing. The incidence of insomnia is very high now. We can often see that many insomnia patients are troubled by insomnia and can't get rid of the dependence on sedative and hypnotic western medicine, which is very painful.
Insomnia is called "insomnia" in ancient Chinese medicine records, and its connotation is basically consistent with the concept of "insomnia" in modern medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine uses the theory of "harmony between man and nature" to understand the phenomenon of sleep and awakening, and holds that sleep and awakening are a self-regulating physiological function of the human body to adapt to the law of the growth and decline of yin and yang in nature (that is, the circadian rhythm), and it is a physiological law that people live in harmony with nature. This method is beneficial to life and harmful to life. Therefore, human beings must attach importance to sleep and follow the laws of sleep and awakening in order to be healthy.
We investigated and statistically analyzed the related factors of 18 12 cases of insomnia in Shanghai Medical Cooperation Center for Insomnia of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and found that there are five main factors in the onset of insomnia today, namely, physical factors, psychological factors, disease factors, environmental factors and drug factors.
Physical factors refer to individuals' sensitivity to changes in the external environment, such as intelligence, ability, strong sense of responsibility and easy thinking. , accounting for 3.5%;
Mental and psychological factors, including unhappiness, mental overwork, fear of shock, etc. , accounting for 55.9%;
Disease factors include physical diseases and other mental diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, liver diseases, endocrine diseases, chronic pharyngitis, respiratory diseases, cervical spondylosis, depression and anxiety. , accounting for16.4%; Environmental interference factors, such as house demolition, moving into new houses, environmental changes, three shifts, frequent business trips, roadside housing, etc. , accounting for 3.6%;
The side effects of taking drugs, such as some antibiotics, vasodilators, hormones, antipsychotics and anti-tuberculosis drugs, accounted for 65438 0.3%;
Another 19.3% insomniacs are unwilling to expose the inducing factors.
From the analysis of the above statistical data, more than 55% of them suffer from insomnia due to psychological factors, which is worthy of attention. So, if you have insomnia, don't be nervous blindly. First of all, you should analyze the possible reasons. Clinicians must pay attention to the investigation of insomnia-related factors in medical history inquiry in order to make correct treatment for different inducing factors.
Insist on doing the following six things before going to bed every day, which is very helpful for your health and sleep.
(1) Brushing your teeth and washing your face is more important than brushing your teeth before going to bed in the morning. It can not only remove oral deposits, but also help protect teeth and help you sleep peacefully; After watching TV, wash your face and wipe your body (especially around your armpits, vulva and anus) to protect your skin and make your sleep comfortable and relaxed.
(2) Ancient doctors combed their hair and found many acupoints on their heads. By combing, it can play the role of massage stimulation, calming the liver and calming the wind, inducing resuscitation and relieving pain, and improving eyesight. Combing the scalp with fingers in the morning and evening until it is red and hot can dredge the blood flow in the head, improve the thinking and memory ability of the brain, promote hair root nutrition, protect hair, reduce hair loss, eliminate brain fatigue and fall asleep early.
(3) Walking calmly for 10-20 minutes will make blood circulate to the body surface, and the skin will "live" after sleep. After lying down, you don't read books and newspapers, and you don't think about problems, which reduces brain activity and makes you fall asleep faster.
(4) Drink a cup of milk with honey. There is an old folk saying: "Salt soup in the morning, honey at night." In other words, drink light salt water early and honey water late. According to foreign medical experts, milk contains L- tryptophan which can promote sleep. Drinking a cup of milk with honey before going to bed 1 hour can help you sleep. Honey helps to keep blood sugar balance all night, thus avoiding waking up early, especially for the elderly who often suffer from insomnia.
(5) Open the window for ventilation to keep the air in the bedroom fresh. When it is windy or cold, you can open it for a while and close it before going to bed to help you sleep soundly. But be careful not to sleep with your head covered.
(6) Wash your feet (rub your feet) The folk proverb says, "It's better to take sleeping pills when ironing your feet before going to bed", "It's better to take tonic when washing your feet before going to bed", "Raise trees to protect your roots and people to protect your feet" and so on. As early as 1400 years ago, Sun Simiao put forward the viewpoint that cold starts from the feet. "The disease starts from the foot and the foot is like a root. Treating feet and the whole body … "Foreign medical scientists call feet" the second heart of human body "and" the pump of heart ",which greatly promotes the health care function of feet. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that more than 60 acupoints on the feet are closely related to internal organs. If we can get into the habit of washing feet and massaging feet and toes with warm water (40-50℃) before going to bed every day, we can promote blood circulation, relax muscles and tendons, and restore the balance of Yin and Yang. For the elderly, it has the effect of getting rid of diseases and strengthening the body.
Fatigue and insomnia: You can pour a spoonful of vinegar into warm water and take it slowly. After drinking, you can close your eyes quietly. Eating apples, bananas and other fruits before going to bed can resist muscle fatigue. If you put oranges and oranges on the pillow, their fragrance can also promote sleep.
Irritability and insomnia: you can drink a cup of sugar water, because sugar water can be converted into a large amount of serotonin in the body, which enters the brain and can inhibit the cerebral cortex and make it easy to fall asleep.
Excited insomnia: Drinking a cup of hot milk before going to bed at night can help you fall asleep quickly.
In addition, you can eat more longan, lily, lotus seed, day lily, walnut, jujube, wheat, mulberry and so on for medicated diet treatment.
In addition, drinking a cup of cold water after getting up, or taking a hot bath and doing simple gymnastics will help keep your brain awake.
