Due to heart and spleen injury, vomiting blood, shortness of breath and haggard voice, palpitation and insomnia [1]. It is advisable to nourish the heart and spleen and use Guipi Decoction [1]. Due to yin deficiency and excessive fire, vomiting blood, night sweats, tinnitus and nocturnal emission [1]. Add water to Liuwei Dihuang Pill for fire, and add Pollen Typhae, Lotus Root Nodes, Colla Corii Asini and Schisandra Chinensis [1]. Those who do not return to menstruation due to yang deficiency have dark blood color and cold limbs [1]. Treatment should be to warm the middle energizer and tonify the yang, with Lizhong decoction combined with Radix Aucklandiae, or with Bawei Pill to induce fire to return to Yuan [1].
