What is the difference between Grade 9 and Grade 8 in career management positions?

The salary of managers in public institutions consists of post salary, salary scale salary, performance salary and special post subsidy. The salary corresponds to the position and rank.

Management positions in public institutions are divided into 10 positions, ranging from 10 positions to 1 positions. The salary scale is 65. See the figure below.

First, give an example to calculate.

1. Promoted from level 9 position (clerk) to level 8 position (deputy)

Grade 9 post salary+performance salary

= 1620+2 175=3795 yuan

Grade 8 post salary+performance salary

= 1840+2365=4205 yuan

Increase =4205-3795=4 10 yuan.

2. Increase from level 8 post (minor course) to level 7 post (section).

Grade 8 post salary+performance salary

= 1840+2365=4205 yuan

Grade 7 post salary+performance salary

=2070+2675=4745 yuan

Increase =4745-4205=540 yuan.

3, from level 7 jobs (in) to level 6 jobs (place pair place) increase.

Grade 7 post salary+performance salary

==2070+2675=4745 yuan

Grade 6 post salary+performance salary

=2360+3005=5365 yuan

Increase =5365-4745=620 yuan.

=2780+3460=6240 yuan

Increase =6240-5365=875 yuan
