Why is Minhou County in Fuzhou called the first city in Bamin?

Before 2079, in the second year of Zhao Di in the Western Han Dynasty, the first county "Ye County" appeared in the establishment of Fujian Administrative Region. The range of Yexian county includes almost all of Fujian today, plus lead mountain in Jiangxi. After 28 1 year, in the first year of Jian 'an (196), Yexian was renamed Houguan County. Because after the establishment of Yexian County in the Western Han Dynasty, it was managed by East Dewey, and this institution was first located in Yexian County, and then moved to Dong 'an, Zhejiang Province, leaving only one member of Dewey's subordinate "waiting for officials" to guard it. Over time, it simply uses official names to place names. After the Republic of China, the word "Hou" was changed to "Hou", but the sound was still pronounced "hü u". In the third year of Jin Taikang (282), the eastern part of Houguan County was designated as Yuanfeng County, and both Yuanfeng and Houguan counties belonged to Jin 'an County. At that time, Jin 'an County governed eight counties, including western Fujian and coastal areas, and the county center was Yuanfeng County, so Yuanfeng was the first city. During the Southern Dynasties of Liang Prison (502-5 19), the former Feng County merged with Houguan County and was called Donghouguan County. In the ninth year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (589), the East Houguan was renamed as the original Fengxian County. In 592, the original Fengxian County was renamed Min County. At that time, there were only four counties in Fujian Province: Min County, Nan 'an, Wanxi and Jian 'an, which divided Fujian into four parts: southeast, northwest and southeast. Fujian County is located in Min County, which is still listed as the first city, which is why Minhou is called the first city today. Fujian was also called "Bamin" after the Song Dynasty, so Min County, as the first city in Fujian, was the predecessor of Minhou County after the merger of Min County and Houguan County in the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), and of course it was named "the first city in Bamin".
