The biggest library in Chongqing is: Chongqing Library. The new museum is located at No.0/06, Toyota Avenue, Shapingba District. The old museum is located in Lianglukou and Pipa Mountain in Yuzhong District, and was moved to its present site in June 2007. The library, formerly known as the National Roosevelt Library, contains publications of the Republic of China, United Nations materials and online ancient books. With a collection of 3.08 million volumes, it is a national first-class library and Chongqing ancient books protection center. The collection of local documents is also quite distinctive.
