First, the recruitment target
(1) Unemployed college graduates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2023;
(2) Unemployed college graduates outside Inner Mongolia in 2023;
(3) Unemployed college graduates in Inner Mongolia from 2020 to 2022.
Second, the recruitment conditions
(1) Having China nationality;
(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;
(three) adhere to the party's ethnic policy, build a solid sense of Chinese national identity, and consciously safeguard national unity and progress;
(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct, and having a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility;
(5) Being healthy, interested in grass-roots work, having a strong spirit of hard work and dedication, and being competent for grass-roots work;
(six) qualified academic performance, with the corresponding professional knowledge. Among them, graduates from normal colleges and universities are recruited from graduates of basic disciplines and above and graduates of non-normal colleges and universities (teachers' qualification certificates must be obtained before the qualification examination);
The basic subjects are mathematics, physics, chemistry, Chinese, Mongolian, history, biology, politics, geography, English, music, sports and fine arts; College graduates supporting agriculture (supporting animal husbandry, Zhi Lin, and supporting water) are recruited from college graduates majoring in agriculture, forestry and water;
Medical college graduates are recruited from medical, health and related majors, with bachelor degree or above; Helping rural areas to revitalize college graduates, recruiting from college graduates and above, without professional restrictions;
On-the-job personnel, personnel who have completed their service, personnel who left before the expiration of their service, and graduate students of all kinds of grass-roots services are not allowed to apply; Those who have been criminally punished for crimes and have been expelled from public office are not allowed to apply for the exam.
Third, the number of recruits.
In 2023, the whole region plans to recruit 2,500 "three supports and one support" personnel, including 2 127 ordinary posts and 373 posts with knowledge of Mongolian language and writing (referring to those who are proficient in using the national common language and Mongolian language and writing and can perform official duties) (see annex 1).
