There are titles of books, articles, newspapers and periodicals in English, but there are no titles.
As for using double quotation marks or single quotation marks, there is no difference, as long as the whole book or newspaper (publication) is unified. When writing, underline or double quote the title of the book. Note that the first letter of each word in an English book title needs to be capitalized (except for function words such as and, and of).
In English, there are the following requirements for the writing format of poem titles and song titles:
1, with the title of the poem, the title of the book and the title of the song as the topic, should be written in the middle of the first line.
2. The first letter of the first word of the topic must be capitalized.
3. Starting from the second word, the first letter of each notional word is capitalized, while the first letters of articles, prepositions and conjunctions are generally lowercase, but if the number of letters is greater than three, it needs to be capitalized.
4. Write the topic without brackets and quotation marks. There are no punctuation marks after the topic except question marks and exclamation marks.
5. There is no title in English, and titles are usually quoted or italicized.
