Why did China's film and television works only lack the Yuan Dynasty?

Throughout the history of China's feudal dynasties, we will find that in the current film and television works, dramas aimed at various dynasties are almost common. From the Qin dynasty to the Qing dynasty, and even the Shang dynasty before the Qin dynasty, there were corresponding film and television works. Only Yuan Dynasty involves the love of Zhu Yuanzhang when he overthrew the Yuan Dynasty, and there are no other related film and television works. Why?

Let's say that the Yuan Dynasty was Mongolian, not Han, but don't forget that the Qing Dynasty was founded by Manchu and not Han, but there were many works in the Qing Dynasty, almost the most. Why is this?

After my analysis, I think there are several reasons:

First of all, the existence of the Yuan Dynasty was too short, and it was less than 100 years.

Secondly, after the Yuan people entered the Central Plains, they didn't treat the Han people as human beings at all. They think that Han people are lambs with two legs, and they can bully them any way they want. This period of time is the worst for Han people to mix. As long as it is an area where Han people gather in the Central Plains, it is definitely a disaster. How many ancient books were burned and how many schools were abandoned. It can be said that the arrival of the Mongols is completely devastating. At that time, it was impossible for the Han people to be an official in the Yuan Dynasty, let alone to integrate.

On the other hand, although there was a literary inquisition in the Qing Dynasty, the emperor of the Qing Dynasty personally took the lead in hosting the Manchu banquet, which gave the Han people enough face and promoted the integration of Manchu and Han. It was precisely because of this policy that many Han Chinese worked for the Manchu dynasty, which lasted for more than 300 years before it was destroyed, and its means were more than twice as clever as that of the Yuan Dynasty.

Generally speaking, the invasion of the Yuan Dynasty did not play a positive role in China culture, so there was no propaganda point in the Yuan Dynasty. And even if they live in the Central Plains, they still retain the customs of the grassland and practice the so-called dark rule. Scholars hate their guts, so naturally they won't write them any historical events or anything like that.

There is no script for future generations to refer to, and naturally there is no shooting. Therefore, the film and television works of the Yuan Dynasty did not exist before and will not exist in the future.
