Shandong Art Institute (Yi Shan for short) is located in Jinan, Shandong Province. It is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the People's Government of Shandong Province and headed by the Education Department of Shandong Province.
It is a provincial-level doctoral program construction unit in Shandong Province, a first-class discipline construction university in Shandong Province, a key construction university of famous schools with Shandong characteristics, a national "key discipline project" construction university, and a national excellent Chinese traditional culture inheritance base.
